By accessing or using Kuratocards, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Kuratocards. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Kuratocards is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and traders of trading cards. Kuratocards is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, or ship any items, and we do not handle payments between users. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the legality of items you offer, and the completion of any transaction.

You may not list, sell, or trade:

• Counterfeit, fake, or unauthorized reproductions of trading cards
• Stolen goods or items you do not have the right to sell
• Illegal items or items restricted by applicable law

You also agree not to harass other users, post misleading content, or attempt to circumvent the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant Kuratocards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuratocards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction with another user.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
